Should you top up or replace Cork attic insulation?

What a useful quote should name
The measured area, the finished depth, whether old material stays, and how eaves airflow, tanks and downlights will be handled. Compare those items across quotes, not the headline total alone. If two quotes use different depths, they are not the same job.
