Privacy Notice
This notice explains how enquiries via this website are handled. The site is operated by LeadWeb Ireland as an attic insulation enquiry route for Cork homeowners.
Who is responsible
LeadWeb Ireland operates atticinsulationcork.ie as an unregistered trading name. It is the controller for enquiry and call data collected through this site. There is no registered company number and no registered office. For access, correction, erasure or other rights, email leadweb.admin@gmail.com. Do not use the quote form for a rights request.
What we collect
The enquiry form collects the service you select, your phone number, an optional message, and your consent. The browser also sends a unique submission id, the page path, and a form start time so we can stop duplicate posts and bots. A hidden field is present only to catch automated spam; people should leave it blank. We hash the connecting IP address for rate limiting. We do not collect a name, email address, or town field on the form.
When you call the listed number we collect call metadata such as the number called, time and duration. Calls may be recorded for quality and lead-tracking.
Why we collect it and the legal basis
Form fields are used to respond to your request and, where coverage exists, to share details with an independent local provider. The legal basis for those fields is consent, given by the required checkbox.
Technical fields (submission id, hashed IP, start time, and the spam trap) are used to keep the form usable and to stop abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interests.
Call metadata and recordings are used to confirm outcomes and to track leads. The legal basis is legitimate interests, with a spoken recording notice on the line. If you would prefer not to be recorded, use the enquiry form instead.
Who receives your details
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the enquiry function, and stores short-lived rate-limit and duplicate-check records.
- A private delivery adapter writes one email and one Google Sheet row for each accepted enquiry.
- Google provides Gmail for that delivery and for rights requests, and Google Sheets for the lead log. This site also loads fonts from Google.
- Nimbata provides the tracked phone number, call metadata, greeting playback and recordings.
- An independent local attic insulation provider may receive enquiry details so they can respond, where coverage is available. No named contractor is appointed yet.
We do not sell your data for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
- Hashed IP rate-limit records: 1 hour.
- Delivered submission ids: 7 days.
- Enquiry email and Sheet rows: 24 months from receipt, then delete, unless a rights request or legal hold applies first.
- Call recordings and Nimbata metadata: 12 months from the call, then delete, unless a rights request or legal hold applies first.
- Rights-request emails: 24 months after the request is closed.
Call tracking and recording
The phone number on this website is a tracked line. Calls may be recorded for quality and lead-tracking purposes. Access is limited to LeadWeb Ireland until a renter is signed. If you would prefer not to be recorded, please use the enquiry form instead.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies and similar storage keep the page working, protect the form, and remember your cookie choice. Cloudflare may also set security cookies.
Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner or cookie settings. Search Console is used by LeadWeb Ireland to check indexing. It is not a visitor tracking cookie.

Transfers
Cloudflare, Google and Nimbata may process data outside Ireland. Where they do, they rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses in their own terms. We do not add a separate transfer of our own.
Your rights
Under Irish and EU data protection law you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or a copy of your data. Email leadweb.admin@gmail.com.
